📦 Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup.

Can I update or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because many of our items are custom-made, we begin working on orders quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible at cs@lileeluxe.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Products & Customization

Are all your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every bracelet, wristlet, and crossbody cellphone holder is handcrafted with care.

Can I request a custom size or color?
We may be able to accommodate custom requests depending on bead availability. Send us a message before placing your order, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How should I care for my beaded jewelry?

  • Keep items away from water, lotions, and perfumes

  • Store in a dry, clean place

  • Avoid overstretching or tugging
    This helps your pieces last longer and stay beautiful.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at cs@lileeluxe.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds on sale or clearance items.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any replacement consideration.
